Council of Five Nations 2011 Lost & Found

We had an excellent Council of Five Nations a couple of weeks back (more on that in another message soon).

When we were cleaning up, we found a few items that want to get back to their owners.  We also have something left from last year's Council that still needs to find its way home. 


1)  Small plastic miniature figure/game piece
The bottom of the base says:

Can anyone tell us what game this is from? 
We can look at last year's schedule and see who ran that game.
