There are two main places you’ll want to look to park:
  1. The open lot directly behind Proctors (best accessed from South Clinton Street), [cell E4 on the map]
  2. The parking garage on Broadway, just south of State Street, [cell D4 on the map].
You can see both these suggested areas highlighted in yellow, and marked with “(P)”.

Proctors is location (1), highlighted in red, right in the middle of the map (E4).

Parking in these areas is free during the Council weekend.  If you come early on Friday, we suggest you park in the Garage.  Take the ticket, but you won’t need to pay when you leave.


Parking Clarification - Updated October 1st, 2007

If you arrive before 5pm on Friday, and would like to park for free, please park in the multi-level garage on Broadway. Please tell the attendant you are there for a convention at Proctors and you will not be charged.

If you would like to be a little bit closer, you can park in the South Clinton lot behind Proctors, but it will cost you a few dollars (no more than $5, depending upon when you arrive).

Parking in both lots is free:
* after 5:00 PM on Friday
* all day Saturday and Sunday


If you’re staying at the Hampton Inn, they have a private lot for their guests.  That’s the best option for you.  The Hampton Inn is also in cell E4.

If you need to unload a lot of stuff for your game (like for GMs running a miniatures game), there are access doors directly off the convention area.  Park temporarily, come to the registration desk, and we’ll help get you situated.
